"해보지요." 두루미가 말했습니다. 그리하여 그는 늑대의 입 속, 날카로운 이빨 사이에 자기 머리를 깊숙히 집어넣어 걸린 뼈를 꺼냈습니다. "됐다!" 늑대가 말했습니다. "뼈가 나와서 다행이다. 다음 번에는 더 조심해야지."
"제게 보답해주시면, 저는 지금 가겠습니다." 두루미가 말했습니다. "보답이라고, 당치 않은 소리!" 늑대가 소리쳤습니다. '네 머리가 내 입안에 있을 때 물어뜯지 않은 것을 감사해라. 너는 그걸로 만족해야 돼."
